Recording on location takes careful planning, dependability and experience. For the past ten years, we have made thousands of recordings all over the Capital District. This includes concerts, recitals and recording sessions. Here's a list of some our annual work locations:

Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, Troy, NY; Palace Theatre, Albany, NY; Proctors Theater, Schenectady, NY; Mahaiwe Theatre, Great Barrington, MA; Colonial Theater, Pittsfield, MA, Tanglewood, Lenox, MA; Williams College, Williamstown, MA; EMPAC at RPI, Troy, NY; University of Albany, Albany, NY; SCCC, Schenectady, NY; Massry Center for the Arts at St. Rose College, Albany, NY; Zankel Center for the Arts at Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY; WMHT Studios, Troy, NY.
Once the event is recorded, careful manipulation can make a great recording sound even better. We use Steinberg's Nuendo 5, Peak Pro and iZotope RX with the variety of other DSP (digital signal processing) tools that make for quick turnaround so you don’t have to wait long to hear final product.

“A necessary evil,” some would say, but, who would trust careful balance issues during a live event to just anyone? Why not let the same glorious microphones that record your performance, be used to help your audience enjoy every note of a performance that would normally be lost. From subtle enhancement to screaming rock opera, we can handle a wide range of sound requirements. Not to be overlooked, public address (PA) or amplification of speech at a public event, is a simple and effective way to bring professionalism and help connect with your audience. We have discrete equipment that accomplishes this task without distracting from the performance.
Becoming more common in the digital age is the necessity of good audio to picture. We proudly provide stellar audio for independent video crews.
